Product Shipping and Handling Policy

   Due to initial start-up, please call or e-mail before ordering. Shipping will occur one week after receipt of payment.

Product Return and Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Policy: Within 3o days of purchase, you may return any item which nas not been opened or used for a refund excluding shipping fees. We are unable to accept returns, or issue refunds on opened or used products. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. All items must be mailed to the manufacturer's return address unless otherwise directed. Shipping fees will only be reimbursed due to an error on the part of the manufacturer. Under all circumstances, call 989-529-3992 prior to returning the merchandise in order to expedite appropriate action and allow processing of the return or exchange. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
